i have been taking this supplement for a few days now, the packaging is well labeled with all the necessary information , the once a day daily dosage capsule is very convenient to take as it’s just the right size to take with liquid preferably, the combination of the ingredients complements each other as bone bolstering qualities, i have also researched that, K2 is not readily found in our typical food consumptions, i was even suprised that after taking this for a while now that my moody behaviour when waking up in the early hours of the morning to get up to work were not that bad anymore, and my appetite , although i still love to eat , have decreased; the generalsense of not feeling well, like aches or tiredness was seriously reduced, i would definitely add this supplement alongside my other vitamins taking regime.  Read Less
