I get tested every year for vit. D. Capsules are very small and easy to *.

No gmo additives or preservatives. Essential along with magnesium fo osteoporosis. I take a lot of herbs and vitamins and these are very good and affordable!

Cons

The capsule size is barely half what is was before. Lanolin and olive oil are mentioned only. Gelatin is animal bones.
