Source naturals is an excellent b6 supplement for its quality and value. I read that p5p was what's needed to resolve trigger finger, so i took 100mg/day for a few weeks. It helps balance hormones and keeps skin healthy.
Cons
These pills smell terrible, but taste absolutely disgusting. As soon as i can get another b6 extended release pill these are going in the garbage!
