I almost use it every where at my home to figure out drinks temperature before give them to my children room temperature fridge and freezer temperature to find out the source of cold drafts and leaks from windows and doors

However the only thing that disappointed me is at amazon site it says that this thermometer is made at cook islands but when i received it it does not say anything about the origin of its manufacturing country

Strangely it seems you overcome that by aiming the gun at the inside of your mouth to get the correct temperature

I have an old mercury thermometer but it’s been quite difficult to use at times
