Pros
I like how it mixes easily in my morning drink and i feel energized and alert for the day. Mixes best into protein shakes. I sometimes just mix it will mct oil and lick it off a spoon!
Cons
I no longer buy from this company because it did not feel ethical to me. Caution contains lead. I am going to be getting an organic version of extracted mushroom - not mycellium mixed.
