Tropical flavor is delicious. Made me feel less depleted. Made my whole family feel better since taking this vitamin.
Liquid gold keeps the mosquitos away. Seems to have a good list of nutrients that are food based.
Kudos to the company for replacing the folic with folate. The vitamin c (ascorbic acid) is 400 mg. One of the very best multivitamins around.
Cons
Selling expired products and then having a no return policy is deceptive. The taste is horrible. It's like drinking liquid flintstones vitamins.
