So I ordered the cherry version that has vitamin D but received the new blackberry version. Not sure why they got rid of the vitamin D as that’s why I chose this product to begin with. Even though it’s not what I ordered it has good flavor and has more melatonin so it’s still great for helping me fall asleep. I worked night shift for years and nothing else helped. I have sleep issues and these help a bit. I chew 2 about an hour before I want to go to sleep and they help kind of lull me off to sleep. They don’t work long though so they are really best for people who have trouble falling asleep...not those who want to stay sleep. The best part is that they taste really good. They also contain tart cherry powder that is good for sleep as well and it’s also an anti-inflammatory, Melatonin is good for acid reflux too which is an added extra for those who have reflux issues when sleeping.  Read Less
