Pros & Cons
Pros
Author writes in an informative and entertaining way. Clarity of observation leads to greater clarity of communication.
It’s very well written, interesting and teaches you to observe not just look at things. The idea is as we can't see anything, and the author teaches how to actually observe. This book gives you a friendly reminder to think first before you act.
Easy to read, well written and very enjoyable.
