I ordered the wrong colour so i was bummed about that.

It did come folded which i didn't really like because it bent the top two button belt strap things on the front.

The zippers sometimes move just a tad difficult, but i don't think that is necessarily a bag thing, it just means they wont open up when you don't want them open.

It is a pretty good backpack, practical and holds all my stuff (use it for work with a computer, the pocket is great)the blue color is a little brighter in real life than in the picture.
