Pros

The wheel is sturdy and well put together. Works great, extremely challenging for my ab work. Works very well and disassembles for travel.

Ordered this on a whim. This thing is brutal. Kidding of course.

The knee pad or roller pad is too small to be used for kneeling or rolling out the wheel, but the wheel itself is excellent. Knee pad is a little small so i use my yoga mat. Now perform the rollout while holding this posture.

Cons

The knee pad is a joke. No instruction manual inside the box.
