It's easy to move down the leg and position wherever you need to. Perfect for getting the kinks out of my neck &. My neck muscles relax as well as my hands, because i type a lot, and my back.

Love this darn thing. Only issue is the on/off switch is difficult to get to. I hope it lasts.

Cons

You also need to know this is not returnable though it says on the site it is refundable and exchangeable. Do not buy this product.
