Im really impressed with the quality and ease of use
I use this for my tv downstairs and with the help of a drill was able to install onto my basement wall
The screws were either too long or too short you can either fiddle around with what they provide with the set or go buy screw separately

Only issue was that i had to take it down to connect a sound bar and one of the releases would not release the clip bent and the rope came off

The metal points on the arm that sit on the mount rails are a little thin

Also use your own level the included bubble level insert is useless and does not always insert level into the mounting bracket

There are two pull strings that disengage the latches to allow you to remove your tv from the mount
