Its a bit small and the blade is the wrong shape for a skinning knife

Some are hollow ground on at least one side some are hollow ground on both sides

The snap on blade cover is pretty funky and gives it a bulky cheap look

It comes with what they call a blade guard but it is plastic closes over the blade sideways and clips closed
