Pros
The victorinox champion has a flat-head screwdriver tool. The scissors are especially noteworthy, as they now incorporate a stop. The spring metal hold open devices on the scissors and the pliers have been improved!
Very comfortable to use and, locking blade. Unlike a few other reviewers i dont have any issues with the lock catching in my pockets. The remaining (large) blade now has a lock!
Cons
Scissors are junk and blade lock is poor! The scissors are not the sprin style but utilize a lever. It's right in front of the scissors' access point, and it blocks the fingernail slot you use to open the scissors.
The metal used is way to thin and cheap feeling for me to feel confident using them for more than the lightest of tasks. Not a fan of the new sculpted grip with its rubberized inlays.
The idea of a small, locking swiss army knife is pretty cool, but unfortunately, it's not. Very disappointing. Just misses the swiss mark.

They are not sharp enough to cut you but they definitely are not as smooth as other victorinox knives

I like the swisschamp but it is too big of a lump or convenient carry in lightweight pants and shorts in the summertime

I realize that everyones needs are different but the evogrip s17 although more expensive added the saw and is perfect
