    I ordered the victor vc3165 from electronnix but got the tekpower tp3165 instead.

    It's not very user friendly, but seems to be accurate when you get it to work.

    You have to know which mode works with which frequency range with which inputs.

    Also, the supplied probe doesn't work very well.
