I have had two issues with the safe the first required a software update the second i had somehow deleted myself as the administrator in order to program the safe and when i shut the safe door firmly the digital display would go blank

The first time i dealt with cori she sent me out a device to download the new software problem solved

The second time they had me return the safe at my expense approximately 15 with packing no issue with it and they fixed the door and reprogrammed it
