It's quiet, smooth and versatile. Only complaint is one of the velcro foot straps started to come apart at the seam.

The programmable interface is really nice and easy to use. The calorie counter is based on the strap pull resistance, but who cares about calorie count!

Great machine and the perfect non-impact exercise. I hope this machine lasts for a while. I am 511 and this machine meets all my needs.
