Pros

A great way to increase veggie intake with no prep and no waste. Good choice for keeping on hand as an emergency foodstuff. Works beautifully in any recipe that calls for a medley of vegetables.

The sealed, resealable bag keeps moisture and pests at bay. Multiple orders over the years, always have some in my pantry. Easy to carry in your back pack. Expiration date is 2026.

Cons

Very strong over powering carrot taste. Did not cook well at all evrn after rehydration. The vegetables are tasteless and don't take on flavor. Onion is the first ingredient and the least amount.

This product is very disappointing. It’s not returnable. Contacted company and offered a 10% refund.
