Pros

The size of the jar is perfect, because vegemite is to be used sparingly. It contains celery and a few other vegetables and unnamed spices/ingredients. This is one delicacy that will practically never expire. Drove all over town looking for this aussi...  Read More

Marmite is a little saltier, but vegemite still tastes great. Tastes similar to soy sauce with like a * beer kick. Beautiful yeast, salty flavour.

Not dissatisfied one bit. The price is understandable.

One of the lyrics is. A little goes a long ways. Look nowhere else. Good old vegemite.

Cons

Spread it on a toasted english muffin, took one bite and spit it into the trash. The best way i can convey the flavor is imagine if rosie o'donnell sat on your face and won't get off.

Product was recieved with a large paper barcode sticker placed over the front of the label. The one i received only has a two months until it's expiry. It is simply uneateable.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Ive heard that you can cook with vegemite and even make a drink out of it but both of those options require a substantial amount of vegemite and since i dont live in australia and cant go to a local grocery store and buy a jar i only use it on toast as you only use a small amount in that case and therefore dont need to buy it as often
