It is sweetened with stevia, so has no sugar or harmful artificial sweeteners. Also, the taste is a little artificial, but it's not too bad.
Cons
The colour is different, does not have any taste, did not dissolve properly. Makes all the natural flavour seem artificial. The flavour is bland.
Only active ingredient is caffeine which you could get just from nescafé instant coffee. No breakdown of vitamin, mineral or amino profile. High sugar renders the product useless.

Before using this product i used to experience muscle spasms and fogginess after workouts

The price was really good on it plus i find it hydrates me during my workout
Also the price is too high in my opinion but that is typical for all vega products
Price wise it looks expensive for such a small container but it isnt
