This gives it a much better grip than microspikes that have individual teeth attached to chains but it can also alter your footing if any of the teeth break off

I was concerned when i ordered them as the pair listed was for size 4447 or something that seemed way too large for my 41 womens size 9 foot

However i am glad i ordered this size as anything smaller would have been extremely difficult to fit over my sorel snow boots
