Pros
These couplers are female-female, which means you don't have to punch down wiring. They are reliable and snap in securely. It does what it needs to do, coupling two ethernet cables together. This is the first time i've used this connector.
It fit the empty slot in the outlet panel easily but securely. Fit the cover plate, snapped in and stayed in so far.
Cat5 performance. But successfully improving my bandwidth vs. Wifi for critical applications (work pc, streaming tv). Registering gigabit so no complaints. Works well for 500mbps. Tested fine giving full gb throughput in iperf.
Cons

After installing these cat6 couplers they have been solid and reliable
Then i could simply insert a shorter cat6 cable in the other wall end and voila job done
Home depot and lowe’s want a fortune for cat6 keystones

We moved into an office where cables were terminated with rj45 and then plugged directly into equipment

Unfortunately it does not have and physical component the keeps it in place on the target side of the component causing me to have to be very sensitive with it
