I used a seam ripper to remove the trim covering the seam and removed the little metal v bling the knots holding the little piece to the bra were rubbing also and the problem went away

This has been my favorite brand of bras for years glad i can still find them on amazon since all of the kmart and sears stores in my area are closed now
