Pros
Great sturdy phone holder for larger phones. Does not slip or rattle even with such a large and heavy phone. Well protected and sturdy in the cradle.
Very sturdy and easy to install. No vibration at any speed or road conditions. Easy to assemble and attach to my cars vent.
Really pleased with this holder. Impressive look. Strongly recommended.
Customer services is also excellent and very quick to respond when contacting them to compare 2 different available models. Good customer service, and appreciated. This supplier seems legitimate, but ensure that the supplier you obtain yours from is.
Cons
Quite flimsy, especially the button to relese the phone. Awkward to locate the release button. Falls off driving more than 40 mph!

My phone isnt sliding off the vent and flying off into the footwell

This is not a problem as far as viewing the phone is concerned but might be an issue with air flow it now cannot be adjusted up or down

Decided to pay it bit more for a phone holder in the hope that it would be more effective than previous cheaper models which are poor with the current size of iphones iphone 11 pro

As i tightened it the metal washer cut into the plastic clamp preventing the jaws from tightening enough onto the car vent rendering it useless

Ive also found out that trying to sort out a warranty issue for any purchase outside of amazons 30 day policy is pretty much impossible
