Pros

Vanicream moisturizers are my go-to. My daughter has eczema and this is the only thing that keeps the rashes at bay. I prefer it over vanicream moisturizing cream!

It works great for me and the best i’ve used. Will use along with other prescription ointments when needed.

Cons

This cream is just a bunch of oil and some lotion. My dermatologist recommend this product but doen’t seem to work for me.
