Pros

Worked perfect on my hot tub. Used for a irrigation system. Works fine with out spring its inline at about a 45 degree angle.

Easy to install, even as a retrofit. Good connectors and sturdy build. Arrived as advertized.

Spring-loaded flapper valve works wonderfully. Now it is instantaneous when the pump kicks on. Flows way more than factory solar pool heating check valve.

Works well and reliably. Works like a charm.

Cons

Worked one day and stopped holding water. Basically totally useless.

With the second one i used a good amount of teflon tape around the union threads that worked well

With the first one i overtightened one of the union fitting and it became impossible to untighten
