They falsely labeled them 2 1/2. They blame it on me for ordering an over sided 2 1-2. It also has some design flaws and the parts are pretty cheap.

Grips ensure hands wont slip and the unit feels very strong i’ve tested 170lbs on each handle and it handled that weight comfortably
But it is sturdy and feels good when doing dips or other exercises
Handles arent padded more like hard rubber
