Pros
It holds hair in place without being sticky, hard, or oily. I have thick course hair and it leaves my tamed and manageable. Wouldn't use alone - blow dry in to help shape and condition your hair then use a pomade or clay to finish.
Cons
Leaves a white residue when dried that looks like dandruff. Residue in hair tends to flake. Smells like burnt wood.
