My mechanic however did not install them as he was worried they might not hold up to my tires needing a high amount of air pressure so i was not able to use them

These are pretty generic rubber valve stem caps

These are much more durable and hopefully the tpms in the industry will go in the direction of using indirect methods pun intended ie using abs sensor instead of having sensors in the wheels themselves
