Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to install. Decent for the price. Very impressed with this chuck. Works for me.
The chuck seems to be well made, it operates smoothly, and so far has gripped the bits tightly (no slippage) gripping power is great. It is so much more handy to change out bits and dowels than the keyed chucks.
Love the no key chuck. Huge time saver. Run out is tolerable. No fault of the chuck.
It is a bit longer, so it takes up a bit more real estate on my lathe. Only issue so far is the jaws/depth is too short to reach the solid portion of the shaft on the 1/2” double ended center drill.

Lathe is missing the slot but it goes all the way into the tailstock
