If there is a glare in the room the glasses will not protect against that glare so i have to turn out some lights

Another note is i am not sure these block out 100 blue light as claimed in the description

I went to a website that helped me test the glasses and it seems to block out about 85 to 90 but not 100 blue light

Not sure if you would want 100 anyway because the color already makes the screens have an orange tint to them
