Pros

Pillow supports a side sleeper as well as a back sleeper. I've slept better the past three nights than i have in a long, long time. It's still early for long term effectiveness but knowing how i have slept recently this has been amazing.

This pillow is such a gem! If you've got fibro, eds, cci, this is a very good choice. This pillow has my highest recommendation especially for those who have been searching and still haven’t found a pillow they’re completely satisfied with.

It is adjustable to two heights. Also has the removable inside section to make taller or smaller. Once you find your happy setup with it, you'll be in heaven!

Cons

The quality of the foam they used is atrocious. Their return and satisfaction policy is also garbage. Shipping and restocking fees? It’s a bad purchase. This pillow isn't for me and i express caution to other buyers.

I’ve been using this pillow for a long time and it’s still super comfortable and holds it’s shape

Been using for almost a month and the pinch nerve in my neck is almost gone

Since the pillow foam has three sections the second week i took out the bottom section which is approximately 20 of the thickness

Price

I did not want to spend another 150 on a pillow

A very expensive pillow at that… but it hurt me to sleep on it

You just cant put a price on that

Packaging/appearance

I love that it had no odor when i opened the package

Quality materials great packaging and even comes with an instructions card

The only thing is that it did have a smell out of packaging

Competitiveness

Reasonable price especially compared to buying similar pillows at furniture stores

I then tried others made with shredded foam with lessthanhappy results

It’s not as big as a king sized pillow in other brand’s however
