My controller is defective. I am not able to return the heating pad and utk sends me one email at a time asking for pictures, the order #, etc.

The so-called infrared jade stones are a scam. They're no different than a $10 heating pad from target, and much much slower to heat up. The manual is worthless and a bad translation from chinese, full of spelling and grammar errors.

It has one year warranty. There is no warranty information in the box (there is a piece of paper with warranty information as the title but the paper is left blank) not worth paying $140 for something to only last 6mo.

The control is quite large and if not positioned correctly is very uncomfortable. The medium is huge and kept sliding when i tried to use it sitting down. Why they don’t have a layer of padding (maybe removable and washable) is beyond me. They suggest... Read More
