Pros

The only complaint is that sometimes zoom seems to detect an issue with it and you have to disconnect and reconnect, but that’s just a universal device for you.

Cons

I have surge protection with my laptop and the mic is only connected to my laptop. Failed after less than 6 months. Another vendor would happily replace or refund.

The mute button seems like a good idea, but it is completely independent of the mute function in windows. The microphone seems to work, but the volume control does not. Also, when muting/unmuting a loud popping sound is picked up by the recorder.

Not worth the return hassle for $10. It's inexpensive, but if it suddenly fails at 4 months not sure it's worth it. Complete hassle that is not needed.
