It is constructed of plastic so i am expecting it to be crushed or cracked in a short amount of time

It does appear to be water resistant but when the plastic cracks it wont be

The flashlight has turned on while in my pocket several times

This means that i will not have a functioning flashlight or lighter when i need it because it will have discharged in fact it is fully discharged in me pocket right now because of this issue
