Sometimes thirdparty products show this product is not supported by this device on your if its not the official lightning cord however this is not the case with this cord

The one you get with the phone ends up cracking around the plug end and fails to charge the phone after awhile

I currently use it in the car and is plugged in to the middle consol therefore i have to shut the middle consol and have the cable hanging out to charge my phone

After the last few updates from many changing cords will not work with the s every though they have the correct lightning plug ends
