Pro: the adapter actually made my screen look more clear than my original adapter that i was using which is odd but the important thing is that it worked on my zbook.

Con: the device did not originally work when i tried it the first time and i was originally thinking it was a compatibility issue with my zbook which is weird for plug and play devices.

The length of the cord may be to short and partially blocks other ports or leaves it or other components in an awkward arrangement.
