Both my hubs purchased in october 2017 and march 2018 are long past the return date and i do not find any warranty information on amazon so effectively theyve been wasted purchases

Otherwise i suggest that people extensively try this hub within the return period and get rid of it if it poses similar issues

Edit july 16 2019 the seller offered a resolution in the form of a discount on a future purchase and seemed concerned about the performance of the item already sold
