Pros

Material is stretchy and comfortable. Soft enough that it and the outer skirt / dress still swishes, unlike crinoline petticoats. Material is a little bit on the scratchy side but not bad.

Lbs 29” waist and the size m is a perfect fit! The only down side is that the elastic in the waistband rolls. The person i bought this for has a 53 inch waist and it fit them without restraint or feeling restricted.
