When folding it up you can't have too much stuff in the basket otherwise it wont close.

I called uppababy and their customer service rep helped me create a claim and i was promptly sent a brand new 2017 vista.

There is not an option to purchase a second toddler seat, as it can not be installed where the rumble seat is designed to be installed (lower position only) because they have different base attachments.
