Pros
This is great for a beginner and advanced but i do think i’m going to upgrade. It’s very easy to use. Super fast shipping.
The only downside is that the casing, not the needle, is plastic. It's a good thermometer and so far, i have no complaints. It can be used with either celsius or fahrenheit.
This product is very helpful. Seems to work just fine. This works extremely well! Thank you again.
Cons
The battery is completely corroded and ruined the inside. It freezes, gives a bunch of error codes, and sometimes just doesn't turn on. Don't waste your money.
When measuring meat, it climbs only 2 to 4 degrees at a time. Tops out at 500 degrees f. Only for periodic temps and takes a while to arrive at the reading.

So, it cannot rest on the rim of the pot and it doesn't come with a clip to keep it in place on the pot.
