To get this to work you have to download homemate from the app store

Wholeheartedly recommended👍👍👍update if you were wondering the b25 this unit the s20 run on separate systems software et al so cannot be mixed matched despite the extreme similarity parent company branding i found this out when i ordered an additional b25 to see if multiple units could be used straight out of the box by the same controller phone
