The taste is rough, but with all those ingredients i expected that, so i dilute it with more water and it's fine. My only gripe is that the pills are such a chore to *. Orange is my 2nd fav.

Youre really paying for the convenient packaging
I lowered the easy to swallow rating just because there are quite a few vitamins to swallow in the packs
Competitiveness
I mix my preworkout animal pak 1 scoop and creatine the morning
Since the vitamins are separated into a multipack you can easily discard a particular vitamin if you chose not to take it

That means that my body couldnt process all the vitamin b2 which is not a problem but i wanted to point it out

This will cause you stomach issues for you do not unless you have a very strong stomach
