I used it, off and on, for a an inflamed tendon on my left interior side ankle tendon

Note- a little bulky to wear with sneakers but doable

I recommended for different size feet as you can adjust it and if you need a little extra support as the other ones are just tight neoprene material

I am seven months pregnant and the relaxin in my body just kind of gave out my ankle because i hadn't been wearing sneakers
