Pros

This is the most pure, free of additives and most recommended brand, also free of soy. Great for digestive coating. This is recommended by my nutritionist.

Michael i always get compliments on my complexion because of these vitamins. Vitamin e supplements are controversial and there is debate about the best forms. This supplement is the only one on the market that is good for you.

Using on post-op incisions. Feel like my scars heal quicker after taking this. Helps with my mood, improves brain clarity and so many other benefits.

Cons

The product that arrived this morning is not the same vitamin e that i had previously used. I wish i could return it, however, this product is not illegible for return. The next day it says this item is unreturnable.
