The lid broke on mine overzealous toddler and the company replaced the entire unit thanks to the warranty program

But first of all when it came the rubber at the bottom of the bottle had black dirty spots that looked like mold and although i scrubbed it a lot they never came off

I figured that it was only the way the rubber was made but when the description of the item states safest infusion water bottle on the market white sure it is clean and avoid dangerous molds i would expect something clean from the get go
