My first surv camera. The camera seems very sturdy and the picture is very good. Receiver picks up camera signals great without ever cutting out!

Comes with very little instructions that leave you guessing. Mount and plug in. Installed it myself and plugged it into garage outlet with extension cord.
Cons
Udr 7400 does not work unless the screen (main hub) is powered on and functioning. The on and off button no longer works. I reset the system to factory settings and that made it work right for about 24 hrs.
Not getting audio feed/playback in live or record mode. When pressing the volume button there's a staticy 'fzzt' for a split second, which leads me to believe the speakers have been blown. Audio send and receive is the same with laggging tx & rx.
The usefulness of the udr744 is now nihil. Camera(2)color turn pinkish, green is purple now.
Com has poor customer service and no satisfaction. No one is willing to help customer support or otherwise. What are the chances of ordering two of the same system.

On my android app i ended up getting connected failed and i check everything on my end and it was good so i knew it had to be the app

I emailed them and the time it took for them to respond i had forgotten that i emailed them and decided to use the cameras as expensive props

Do not put the camera in an area that water flowing constant on it during a storm from the roof could happen

My back camera i found out there was a problem when i turned them back on after the bug issue got fixed

When installing it i had doubts on where i placed it but figured it will be fine to find out that the camera still works but it is blocked by a crap load of water and nothing is possible to see

I tried unscrewing the small screws in the front to drain the water but the whole part of the camera comes out of the case and the water is still trapped

So until i get a new camera i decided since it still works to plug it in and turn off the motion sensor and let the ir red glow show people its on to try and deter any bad guys

Since they fixed the bug i am satisfied for now but if these issues persist then i will be taking my money else where
