Pros
The aim of the spray is is a good position. It fit our old plumbing. The slow close works really well to prevent kids from slamming the seat. Therefore, it tightens down nicely.
First time purchasing this type of product. Saves lots of toilet paper. It does the trick, you still have to use paper just not nearly as much.
Cons
The seat is small, feels like your sliding off. The connecting piece is not universal and we can't find a connector anywhere.

Even though the salesdistribution is through a warehouse in suburban chicago the product and the instructions are from china which means imperfect drawings descriptions and language

I had the same problem as many here described the 34tadapter34 diameter was way too wide to attach to the toilet water supply where most people have the shutoff valve next to the toilet

But as it turned out after me sending the second employee various pictures he didnt have any suggestions other than me sending back the unit at my own expense

I didnt want to make a trip to my local home depot in the pandemic to figure out what might fit more precisely so i looked up installation directions for the similar nonelectric round kohler unit model k76923

I could plainly see that the kohler instructions showed the top end of the tadapter being connected to the bottom of the toilet tank instead of to the wall water supply valve
