The tools they send to assemble the shelves only work for one assembly method and don't work at all for the others. I ended up having to get a pair of pliers and a screwdriver bit to put the screws into the shelves. Also had to hammer in holes to the shelves to get the screws in. Overall a complete nightmare but the shelves look nice after the hell we went through to get them on the wall.   Read Less

There are so many shelf options on Amazon and I really wasn’t sure which ones to choose. I’m glad I chose these because they seem like they are really good quality and the brackets are very strong. I chose the first installation option (with the brackets above the shelf) and it took me literally two minutes to hang up each shelf. The only issue I had was that I didn’t know how to install the drywall anchors but I looked it up online and it was really easy to figure out. I’m giving this five stars because I’m really impressed with this product!!   Read Less
