If you are a conservative you are to be agitated and even enraged by reading this book and even if you are a liberal you should have plenty of food for thought as this book lays out how the bureaucracy functions even overriding undermining or sidestepping federal statute how lawmakers tend to write their bills now with the agencies filling in the blanks and a number of other very troubling topics
